INTRODUCTION Implementasi Good Corporate Governance (GCG) di perusahaan sebaiknya dilakukan secara bertahap sesuai hasil kajian/analisis komprehensif terhadap situasi dan kondisi perusahaan (mapping analysis) beserta tingkat kesiapannya. Dalam hal ini, agar implementasi GCG di perusahaan dapat berjalan lancar maka perlu komitmen dari manajemen puncak (top management) dan dukungan dari seluruh unsur di dalam perusahaan termasuk pemangku kepentingan (stakeholder) lainnya.
